Real concentration camp tunic for ss?

I was wondering if this is real I'm thinking it's not real what so ever, but if it is is it a good price or is it really expensive for that tunic?

To me it just looks like an original 4 pocket Luftwaffe tunic with a re-sewn (post war) eagle....Use that plus the value of the collar tabs in your price estimate.
