So, what's the story behind these, grandpa's warehouse and the magical box???

I have been cleaning out my grandfathers warehouse for about a year now and I found these along with a lot of other items stuffed into a small cardboard box. Believe me there is more than just this magical box full of stuff. In the box were a bunch of badges and some WWI Iron Crosses, a War Merit Cross still in its box but not in the best shape, NSDAP Golden Party badge and the list goes on.

I think all this SS insignia came from a larger SS collection my grandfather bought in the 70's but most was lost in a fire that destroyed half of his warehouse.These are probably a few of the pieces that had survived.
