Sewing looks fresh but rear is the key. What kind of tunic it's involved? If SS tunic se are talking quote about nothing

At least we know the eagle is original. It will take more photos to determine if the sewing appears to be period.

For me both the eagle and the stitching sits far too high on the backing backing material for it to be war time applied.
