RZM 41 Totenkopf-Opinions?

Opinions on this RZM-41 marked Totenkopf? I have read that these marked ones are early 60's fakes out of England...notice the brass material its made from?.... .this one is from a very well respected and reputable dealer, I just do not want to waste my money. Thanks Gents.
