Hi,

this is more like a sticker, and it is for sale for years on EBay (mainly from a belgian seller that is proposing mostly original Wallonie related items, but also proposed some repros).
I don't have a good or bad feeling about it. People like Eddy De Bruyne may have infos on this one.
