It is now marked as sold. There was a thread on this very item in Feb 2012:

It along with all of the other SS items (cigarette cases, pins, patches etc) he posted at the time were deemed fake or fantasy.

I assume since it was sold in the Bazaar section it was being sold as a fake...albeit a very expensive fake.
