Dating a sleeve eagle

From my collection...This would be considered a mid-late war sleeve eagle, (1943-1945) right?
In other words not appropriate for 1941-1942? (not RZM pattern)
If I need to show the back I can take it out of the frame (sorry for the glare!)

I have felt, from the vet groups and original photos, that these eagles were 1943-1945 production.
