Yes, a nice photo but I should say that as far as I am aware, the Heimwehr Danzig was disbanded in 1940 and its members mostly incorporated into the Totenkopf Division. Bearing in mind that he is wearing a runic collar patch it is possible that both cuff-titles are from a former unit.

common practice in the PK!

If you have the book foreign legions of the third reich vol.2, you can see on page 85 a war correspondent wearing two cufftitles. In the schools it was also common.
