I purchased this recently and would appreciate member's opinions. The seller insisted it was correct and we did check both the tag and the fabric with a black light and nothing glowed.

Can any of you explain why some of these had black top and bottom borders and some (like this one) did not? Many thx for your help and input.

Im fare from en expert on allgemeine stuff, but I often seen this without the black borders referd to as for the overcoat (mantel)

Why they were without borders for the coat i dont know.
