If you see someone commiting a murder does that mean you are responsible also? Even if you are just watching?

Actually, if you try to stop it you are a hero (not required) but if you fail to report it you are an accessory. If you fail to report it after the perpetrator told you he did it you are an accessory after the fact. So yes, even if you are just watching you are tainted. I've been an expert witness on all firearms related subjects for many, many years and have testified on quite a few murder cases so I know that law pretty well!

Hey Michael,
I will definately bring the hat. The picture will come when the uncle can get to it( he retired, moved from Orange county to Phoenix(which is why I was given the stuff) so I hope it will be sent to me in a couple of weeks. I don't feel right telling them to do something for me as I know( boy do I know) how much of an effort it is to move to the next state.
