The insignia looks ok for me - the eagne and the rune tab. But the red piping is doubtful
and the tunic is repro WH cut yes

The cut of this Jacket looks like a hybrid.
While it doesn't have the central seam on the back panel
(as associated with Waffen SS pattern), the front looks more
aligned to the Heer pattern. Or the buttons have been repositioned
to accommodate an increasing waist size.
You will find that the numerials in the white stamping do not
correspond to the actual dimensions on the jacket, hence the stamping
      is not an original.
The insignia all looks good. The fresher look of the tabs in relation
to the wear on the jacket maybe a case of the owner upgrading the
collar insignia, maybe in relation to his statis as a experienced soldier.
One really has to inspect these jackets in hand to ascertain as to their
      authenticity or lack of it.
It would be wise to buy this Jacket on its insignia value only.

Why not WH cut used by the WSS but not this one !
I have a green WSS wrapper used by the WH and a black WH wrapper
used by the WSS in the collection ...
            Nick

Not strictly a Heer cut as there is no center seam down the back, however not SS cut either in the lapels, collar or rear tailoring.....and it is (IMO) a reproduction anyway so it could be considered an incorrect reproduction.
