I doubt that its good unless its some weird locally made production shield...
Btw its spelled the French way "Wallonie"...instead of the German "Wallonien"...
dropping the "n".... I have doubts...Never seen such a pattern before...
Does it glow? Does it feel stiff...? (hard)

IMO an old repro made on a too thick cotton material .
Wallonie only instead of Wallonien is not a big deal ;
Unless (very optimistically speaking ) some kind of NSKK
local made badge ?

wallonie was used for the arm shield
wallonien was usde for the cuff title

In case of this one - still a bad copy, however...
I always thought that the pronted shields were supposed to be made on that very think cotton cloth. With years however I realised that there were also versions printed on thicker cotton (French NSKK shields for example) and thick unflexible sheets of perlon.
