Thanks for looking at my post, please can someone give me a concise meaning to these words and what they mean


I thought they meant Buchenwald? im told im wrong

Bekleidungs Werke

SS Bekleidungswerke, a series of clothing repair and manufacturing depots created by the SS to provide clothing for the troops. Many were based in/around concentration camp complexes using the prisoners as labour. There were SS-BW in Ravensbruck, Lipowa Street near Maidanek (Lublin) and most famously of all at Dachau which is where the 'Dachau trove' SS volunteer insignia were liberated in bulk by U.S. troops at the end of the war.
