The original picture is regrettably a bit blurred and not that sharp..but with a magnifying glass I can recognize the badge as the rare 'Jeugdstorm Eredraagteken'!!
This is the pin that I use as my Avatar! One and other confirms that this 'Westland' trooper is a Dutch volunteer and (former) Jeugdstorm member!
