          2 questions about that eagle

          - is it normal that the black backing is not well cut (green lines) ?
          - And the wings of the eagle fell (red frame)

I would say the Swaz is heading to its right , which explain why the wings is going down on the other side ?
It has been may be pulled at one point of its life ?
            IMO a good one

It was most probably sewn to the tunic at an angle and as rightly stated pulling.
I still see nothing wrong with this eagle ...
Have you checked to see if it has a cardboard template ... ?
              Regards

Nothing wrong with it on my opinion, so I'd be happy with it in my collection.

Quite easily one of the best Officers examples I've seen in awhile. It has the absolutely perfect amount of wear. If you are not happy with it I would gladly buy it from you right now.
You also have to remember that those these things were somewhat 'standardized' they where done by hand which can account for subtle difference....human error if you will.

                        Better photos,

You can see the cardboard template on the end of the left wing.
