As already stated…a nice original Bevo cuff band.
When you get it home, you could (if you wanted) carefully undo the stitching at the folded ends to get it back to its original unsewn ends when originally manufactured….but that is just my opinion and something that I would probably do and I am sure many others wouldn't attempt.
