Good Cigarette Case?

hi im thinking of buying this but im not doing anything until I know if its real or not as I don't want to spend that type of money on a fake, the guy claims its 100% original and its currently located in the Ukraine however I have no experience on this whatsoever, does this appear to be a good one or a fake? any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

As stated, RUN! This is a vintage case with a very poor, post-war inscription. It really is junk...
