"Germania" slides or not???

Gentleman:

These reside in a collection of a friend mine for about 25 years, I might be interested BUT I'm very interested about any opinion on this pair "G" 's .

I'm not familiar with this type of "G".

It's the only picture at this moment.

they are mentioned as "the 2nd version Latin "G" on a slip-on slide" in Angolia's book, page 297. They look the same....

Over a hundred viewers, and no opinion? Well I'll try to take the first shot:

From the pictures, they look smaller/narrower (1-2 mm??) than the known LAH-slip-on slides. Could be the picture/photo.
Comparing the embroidered "G" with the period RZM cufftitles of the Germania-regiment it looks like these slip-ons are original.

BUT: I have never seen a period photo where ss-men are wearing them. Were they actually used??? I'm only aware of the metal cyphers.
Maybe Bob Hritz, the doctor or other big collectors know more about them?
