    M43 SS AH used conditions

I need to let this tunic go because I need some funds for new investiments. I bought it in France 20 years ago. I am selling it at the e- stand along with some other items of my own and I would be pleased to hear your opinions.

                  Thanks.

The base tunic is 100% fake, imo.

I like the tunic. IMO 100% Original insignia with same age and wear as the tunic itself.
Correct key button holes. Old manufacture. No modern fake. Old rayon lining, very different from modern repros. Not Janke IMO. Threads look to be cotton made.
Did you make a burn test?

YES, all threads are made of cotton. The lining has the typical old rayon burning (compact ash). It does no melt.

The tunic is not a repro...its a fake imo.

                          But lets agree to disagree.

                          Daniel.

I have to go with my learned collegue on this one. Strange the lack of comments from those in the know? J

i don't like but i would not dismiss it without an hand inspection.
of course linining is strange for an m43 and it looks reworked in some points, of course from pictures the rectangle on the sleeve seems perfect and it's not a good sign, of course thread used in lining is often strange.... but i'm not able to be sure from these pictures to dismiss it as a sure fake
