Hi Guys, I have seen this one before. It has certainly been discussed before on a forum. Personally, I would not go for anything like this. I am no pocket watch collector but the design of this watch looks older to me than 1930/40's.

As Adrian said. This watch would much earlier than 1930-1940.
I would say 1900-1920, maybe even earlier?
Not saying that it wouldn't be possible to find an old watch, which during the war would have been added runes like this, but I doubt.

Precisely Gary! My first thoughts too. Why would there be bloody helmet
shields on a watch? Some people will try anything!?!?! Looked like a
nice watch too.
