SS Tuchmutze Officers cap

Can anyone help. I have a 1934/35 SS Tuchmutze Officers cap no skull or eagle. On the inside the leather head band is stamped the Roman numbers X11 or 11X . Any thoughts on what they mean. These numbers are seperate to the 2 leters and date.
