SS Insignia with Unknown Patches -what are they?

I would sincerely appreciate any information on what the bottom three patches represent. They came with a veteran's grouping of SS items (SS sleeve shields and sleeve eagle). Any information would help. Thanks.

I like the eagle and two dachau shields.Sorry i can't offer any assistance on the three unknown shields.

The stripes are in former Yugoslav colors, consider that they come with Handschar patch, perhaps some patches relating to Bosnians? Local militia?
