I bought a similar tie from Martin Stiles of Hannahs Reich in 2008 when he stalled out in Farnham. Relying on his expertise i bought it as original but since found out it's a copy/fake.

Hello Kerry, Yes you did buy a similar tie from me, sold in good faith, when you contacted me some 4 years after the purchase I said I would take it back in trade at full value, no problem, I had also been
duped by this fake, but stand by my mistakes, why do you say you were left high and dry?

In 2008 i bought from you when you stalled out in Farnham what was identified & sold to me as a WSS RZM labelled black tie. I always thought this was an original piece however recently there have been posts on 2 militaria websites where these ties have been identified as fakes.
The web sites are Wehrmacht-Awards and War Relics Forum, the postings on W-A have been removed as it was exposed when someone came to sell it however the WR posts are still up under WSS clothing.


Although i didn't obtain a receipt on purchase the tie cost me £125.00 & it was bought some years ago, i wonder how i stand with either a refund or exchange or a refund/exchange combination??
