SS panzer wrap? opinions

I stand corrected I guess. The teeth on the skull look to be lacking in detail to me, and maybe its the camera flash but the hammerhead eagle looks white to me, arent they usually greyish?

Zepp, the thread on the eagle is not as bright and more of a grey in hand, I jacked up the contrast on the image to try to show the weave of the fabric better, so it does look a bit more white here than it does in hand.

Any sign of previous insignia? Perhaps a Heer wrap used by the SS (which I had thought was only early, but who knows)?

Insignia looks fine to me. It is a tunic I would love to examine in hand.
