SS M1939 tunic ? opinions

Is this a correct M1939 SS only tunic?

I see no evidence of shoulderboards or collar tabs or sleeve insignia, but there are loops for awards

I like what I see so far! Its a modified M37, a rare bird indeed!

It appears to be a very nice, original, tunic. I just wonder what could have eatern off all the napping on the wool. Still a worthwhile tunic to'own.

Can a value be placed on a tunic, which we have no clue to what branch it was issued to? I'm curious.

This tunic was made specifically for SS troops.

Ok, gotcha. I thought it was later on in the war they received their own tunics. Obviously I was wrong.
