I know the cap is fake, but the insignia?

Bought more than a decade ago at Nordheide-Versand in my pre-WAF days. I know for years the cap is bad but before I finally move it to the bazaar section, I just want to be sure the insignia are crap too.

The eagle is fake, the skull probably is too but the photo is too out of focus for me to be sure.
