SS Sports Shirt

Hi Guys
I purchased this shirt somewhat recently and wanted to post if for opinions.

It was originally discussed briefly here -

I wanted to get confirmation as far as authenticity being that it varies from what we typically see for these shirts. I have included a couple more pictures, one being a high resolution scan showing the patch and it's construction.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
