Tabs and sleeve eagles for review

A possible acquistion for me here, I feel they have a chance but what do you guys think?

Tabs are 70's fakes, the eagle with the hooked beak looks fake too. cannot comment on the cape eagle from that 1 shot other than to say it's in very poor company
