SS winter coat

Hello to all,

is this coat a good SS one ?
There are no "french screens" of sleeve
The back is not opened ?
There are two well rows of buttons. The hook of collar seems have been removed.
The lining of the effect is woolen unrefined, and the lining of sleeves in rayon.
