SS smock (Schlupftarnjacke M40)

I'd like to ask about your opinion about this smock. It is unusual in my opinion because it is in M40 pattern, made of late-cammo fabric (oak/plane tree 3/4).
I'd be grateful for your opinions.

Thank you for the quick answer. Could you tell me more about this production? When did they produce it and approximately how many copies did they do?
Are those replicas aviable somewhere and what is their value? Well, in my opinion it is the best replica I've ever seen.
