    Allach Vases

    Apologies if this is posted in the wrong section, mods please move if this is the case.

    Can anyone offer opinion on this Allach "style" vase, it is 21 inch high & shows the "AH" monogram on the side.

          total fake im afraid, robin lumsden haul i beleive . i bought a cup and saucer many yrs ago that was this ilk, got a refund from a fine member here, dont touch it

            Most probably made as an accent piece to go along with the fake dinnerware of the same design.

              That all said it is a nice (albeit non genuine) piece and if offered as such, I still think it would get quite a bit of interest and would still go for solid money ie 400-500 maybe - it looks to be reasonably well made

                Yeah but why would someone pay 500 for a fake Allach when a genuine example could be bought for that amount.

                  Who sells nice Allach for such low prices? Dennis Porell charges like $1000+ for Allach items - is there some discount Allach trader I don't know about???

                    I believe Robs is meaning you can buy a real (albeit small) Allach piece, like a tiny white vase/creamer. They can go for under 500 bucks right here on WAF. But you have to watch and wait.

                    I agree with Robs. Get a real one even if small and less sexy.
