SS visor cap skull and eagle, fakes?

Please let me have your opinions on these visor cap insignia. I looked at a friend's SS visor cap and was able to see it was a Frankenstein, but I lack knowledge of SS insignia, and couldn't tell whether the eagle and bird are known fakes.

I am guessing ....
The skull looks to be a SS 373/43 and the eagle a pigeon head ???
Perhaps you might remove them for a closer look ?

The eagle could also be a matching 373 or 475, etc., but not the so called "pigeon head".
