WW2 Volunteer Finnland SS Flag

I purchased this about a month back at an estate sale. I was told it is an original, but I have also read that these could be faked. It has a faint eagle holding a swastika stamp on it. It is double sided. These were apparently made by Finnish Volunteers. Any comments or thoughts are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

IMO, see WAF t=720350 for details. Blue
Nazi eagle stamp is totally fake, making the
other blue markings the same. Sorry to say.

Hello RDR:
There are duplicate topic threads on this same
flag. In t=720350 I've already stated that IMO
this flag is "likely post WW2 made", and later
"defaced with crude applied SS lightning bolts."
Flag is "not in the WW2 German 5-3-10 width or
4-3-4h proportions listed in the 1939 KM Flaggenbuch."
It would need to be checked for synthetic thread,
having such would date it to being made after WW2.
