SS skull 1st model with RZM M1/25 marking

Hi,

I read here, that few TK of the first model were maker marked, and M1/25 is a legit mark there, on the contrary to the 2nd pattern, were only copies exist with this marking.
The material is silver plated copper. What do you think?

Looks clearly die struck to me, so I say good on that basis, the RZM number should checked on the M1 makers list to confirm a maker.

I'm not a fan of this one. There are some lines on the front of the skull I don't like, and the markings are very indistinct.

I think it is good. It came from a good source here in Germany, was mounted on an old leather wallet.

I like these comments "... I would not be happy with..."

Does anyone has a photo of a good M1/25 skull? I found only ones from known fakes here.

I tend to agree that it's probably a good one. The semblance of what appears to be casting lines is troublesome, but it looks original otherwise. Detail is what I'd expect. The RZM mark looks funny, but I've nothing to compare it to, as RZM marks on these early skulls are rare. If I had to bet, I'd say good.
