Opinion on SS armband pls

Roundel is cotton with a rayon swas. Never seen one like this. Would appreciate opinions from those more experienced than I.

Very true. Plus it has the V stitching which I don't really care for anyway.

Not period IMO, details of construction etc, apparent 'newness' notwithstanding, its not one I would want to own.
