NCO's visor..help needed

Is this genuine...visor/skull/eagle? Eagle has three pins, RZM and M75/43. I haven't disturbed the skull. The sweat shield is unpliabe, and the sweat band is missing

I am hardly a visor guy but this has potential IMO but wait for the people who actually know what they are talking about.

Eagle is a RZM 475/43 Wagner and the skull is a fake Overhoff.

The cap itself is bad. Don't know enough about the insignia to comment intelligently on them.

And this is why I avoid visors for the most part-it had potential, thats enough to get one into trouble fast at a quick meeting with a seller....
