LAH Officer cypher on Obersturmfhr board / Not good, right?

These are not good, right?

I would not purchase those for my collection.

Just want to varify opinions though.

Not good IMO appear to be round holes. Would need a closer look.

Thanks John and Ian for your input. Only confirms what I was thinking.

Detail is also definitely off, not only the round holes.

It seems to be that with these, the fakers like work the prongs into the boards so collectors hardly get a chance to see the reverse of the cypher as such. It's not the first time I see this modus operandi with these cyphers.

Many times, fakes like to sew them onto the boards directly, like if they were "period done". No chance for the novice collector to look underneath, like in the picture below....

either that or they find original cyphers with broken prongs and sew them on to upgrade the insignias
