Hi,
Got this from the e-stand a few weeks ago and did a little research.

The card was sent to SS-Sturmbannführer d.R. Ludwig Bauer.
Bauer was a long time member of the SS, served with at the SS-Führungshauptamt untill 1944 were he was transfered to the KZ-Außenlager Hof-Moschendorf.
