Probably bad SS insignia

Here are some items I picked up in a group lot...I think they are bad,but I would hate to throw good stuff in the garbage.
The SS sleeve eagle in yellow, I have no doubt about it but I'll show it to you. The SS collar tab on an uncut piece of cloth is the only thing I think COULD have a chance.
The sleeve eagle under it is pronbably a bad one.

2nd lot are 100% bad. The yellow eagle also looks bad BUT stranger things have been said to be real recently.
