First off, I`m not sure this is even German. Judging by the shamrock stamp, I`d say this is just a good luck piece probably from the 1920`s.

Swastika

Buddhist women I knew in Vietnam wore similar swastikas on a necklace, but the swastika's arms went counter-clockwise, unlike the Nazi symbol.

Is Irish gold hallmark /clover 750/ US 18K.

Yeah most likely from the 1920's for good luck (before AH made the Swastika into what it now represents).
So definately not a German pro NSDAP piece with those markings!
