Cufftitle any good?

I am getting some SS stuff offered from a local collector/picker who sells his doubles to fund his collection, he has 4 SS cufftitles, time permits me to list only one at this moment. What do you think of this one?

Just as I suspected....and a 'direct from the vet group' too.....with photos of the vet holding the items but I, of course, cannot see the pics... I wonder if its even worth my time(or yours) to post the other three

I know Kyle-its why I wasn't even going to ask about them. Seller seems okay being told these were not good.
The estand is becoming more and more my place to find things for my collection.
