It's one of the most rare insignia.

You have to pay thousands of $$$$ for that stuff

The Burgundian cross sleeve shield is quite rare..I have only seen 2 in 20+ years of collecting. As for pirce..I can't say..it all comes down to how bad you want it...how much you want to have it in your possession to hold and fondle on a cold winters nite.
