Silver thread eagle - Opinions please

Hi all, I've been offered this silver thread arm eagle but I'm just wanting to get a second or third opinion please before committing myself.

There is a deaths head in the offing too but haven't seen it yet. If this eagle is okay I'm sure the skull will be alright .
