Is this autograph an authentic Sepp Dietrich? If good could it be wartime or post war? Best Richard

      Compared to this:

and this, I would say not original wartime certainly but you should post this on the photos and paperwork forum where the real signature experts are.

My initial impression is that it's good, but it is definitely post war.

A friend has a very nice studio portrait of Dietrich with a dedication and signature. Anyone have a ballpark value as I would like to buy it when it becomes available?

The one on HRs site is going for $750.00. The one im asking about he has the RK. The one below he has the oakleaves.....I think I will take a chance as it does resemble one of his sigs shown here on the forum awhile back. Sepps sig changed drastically over time but the one I have I think follows this one posted back on the forum 2009 by MAX HISTORY fairly close

Thank you. The photo has a 1935 dedication and Dietrich is wearing his open collar tunuc with 1st pattern obergruppenfuhrer collar tabs. It is roughtly 5 by 7 inches.

Here is the dedication. I cannot make out the name other than Ernst.

Very nice Bob! Could the part before 1935 be "Weihnachten"? Perhaps Christmas greetings from Sepp?

HTF with early inscription and 5 X 7 inch size. Not to long after the Night of the Long Knives! I'd say worth $750 - $1000 retail easily.
