Does anyone know the month and year that the BLACK/WHITE twist cord ENLISTED shoulderboards were first introduced for the Allgemeine SS?

The SA type were worn from May 1933- October 1934. The design was changed to the SS type in October 1934 and worn on the black uniforms to the end of the war,
