Uniform help....thoughts???

A guy contacted with this uniform as well as several other items, helmet, daggers and few other uniforms. I'm not real good with the uniforms, not really my thing. I know the pics are not great but any info or help would be good.

Yes, I do need to see in person or have a lot more close up pics. Any idea of value? and what rank would this be? I don' t know the uniforms a lot?

The tunic does not have the rock cut I'd expect (pockets, ect) and the wool quality looks low. That, combined with some of the insignia placement (cufftitle) would make me avoid this tunic.

Tunic is not proper SS cut. The tailor label is fake and the insignia looks bad. The hat is the wrong material.
