Went to both those sites. I do believe the last owner of The Hoff told me the bench carvings in the resturant are repros because there was a fire in there like in the 70s and the originals were destroyed.

I did get aa bunch of pics in the museum for reference,,I will post themin a bit. I just got back, schnitzel in hoff was A plus

That's funny! We did write in the guest book . . . if you found it that easy, without turning pages . . . then business has been slow in the past few weeks. Some day, I hope to get to see the grafiti . . . MD Militaria rules - Ha! Ha!

Did you take Hú up on my beer? I think my Wife had a "thing" for the cook at Ottens Hof . . . so I took her down to the Hexenraum, and threatened to lock her up for the night - just to drive those Evil Spirits away. . . .

Your Wife looks so happy . . . that place really does something for the ladies. Judging by the threads, you can tell Jenkins and Ivor are pullin' in the dough, hocking all those two-bit relics to guy's like us . . .

Yep - you found it. Love the scribbling - better handwriting than mine, even. September 13 . . . that was about two days before . . . um . . . before you stood us up in Koln - if I recall.
