    Need advice/help on this SS item!

    Hey guys! I need help on this item. I have seen these but never paid close attention to these. If I remember right, they are for pennants or something. I was out riding my motorcycle today and came across this in a shop. Is this a period and correct piece?

    Any help is greatly appreciated
