Looking inside the tunic, on the viewers right side it appears the liner had separated and the other side restitched?

The liner has the WH cut.
So in this case, I would say a WH tunic + the SS insignia.
But that's only my opinion.

He does say all parts original, unknown when put together. No debate that it's a put-together. Tough to make a call on the parts with the mid-range pictures and mood lighting.
