    Hi,

you can also post directly on the "SS poster" topic, this is better for reference.

The first thing i can say is that the poster is incomplete, as it was for an SS meeting in Oslo.

Second thing, it is far too "black" with low resolution...
Also the SS runes on the helmet are not the same as on an original one...
    The text is also different...

In my opinion, a bad copy, like for the french SS "toi aussi !"...

A similar design was used for a propaganda booklet.

Sorry. This is fake. Wrong colours, wrong size (Only ever printed in a fairly small size that I won't disclose here. The fakers can find out for themselves).
And why would you want to glue a german paper from 1936 to a Norwegian poster printed in 1943?
The fakers generally asume that the Norwegian SS posters were a product that had something to do with Germany and often use fake German printing abbreviations and such on the fakes, but these posters were designed in Norway by Norwegian artists and printed in Norway by Norwegian printing bureas.

Bad fake. There's an auction with this poster on a internet platform.
          Kind regards

Here is one I came across. I cannot tell the rune on the helmet due to the flash but the collar tab looks more detailed than the one in the original post. Any chance of mine being authentic or is this one of the too dark fakes?

additional photos. Odd to me that the poster is folded in half and mounted on an Italian map. The mounting of a German newspaper on the fake that started the thread is similar but I believe I see some overall differences in the two prints, any feedback?

thank you. Odd to see this one is signed by an artist, whereas the others are not.

As the others have said, its a bad fake...!

Damsleth usually signed his posters with a 'd' only, as per this example below...

Not all of his posters are signed however.
